OFSTED is a non-ministerial department whose main aim is to help improve the quality and standards of education and childcare through independent inspection and regulation.
In May 2001, following extensive consultations, the Dfes published the first National Standards for under eights day care and child minding. In it’s role as the single regulatory body, Ofsted checks that day-care providers meet the national standards. This means that parents can be confident in the standard of childcare wherever they live.
Jelly Beans Nursery is very proud of the fact that each of their inspection reports have good and very good outcomes for children.
Jelly Beans was recently assessed and the latest 2007 report can be viewed online in PDF format. Download
