 The
curriculum is presented using themes in order to underpin
learning. Each child shall work within the Early
Years Foundation Stage (DfES 2007/2008) according to their age and stage
of development.
Planning of the Curriculum includes long, medium and short term planning based on appropriate themes. dentifying key areas of learning both for groups and individual children.
Evaluation of children’s learning includes transferring information into individual child profiles.

- Jigsaw puzzles
- Construction toys
- Imaginary play
- Role play
- Games
- Creative play – collage,
painting, colouring, cutting, junk modelling
- Messy play – cooked
pasta, dry pasta, slime, water, wet and dry sand
- ...To name but a few!!!
Outside of the nursery children enjoy taking part in community life with regular walks within the local area and a yearly summer fun day and Christmas Party.
